You will have

The ideal candidate would be currently working in a main dealer environment or have previous experience of such and possess good technical knowledge, A strong customer service background is essential . This is a customer facing role so good communication and excellent customer service skills are vital with a smart appearance. You’ll put our customer needs at the heart of everything you do, whether it’s providing an estimate, ordering parts & accessories or answering queries to make the customer experience as enjoyable as possible, whilst providing the highest level of customer service. The successful candidate will ideally have main dealer experience. You need to be a self-motivated and highly organised individual. We expect an exceptionally high standard of work.

Hours: 7.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday Saturday 8.00am to 4.00pm on a rota (currently 1 in 3)
