Volkswagen e-up

Fancy electric? Come meet the new e-up! with its 162-mile WLTP range. It charges from 10 to 80% in just under an hour at a 40KW DC fast charger and boasts a substantial 210Nm of torque for seriously nippy performance. A premium specification is standard, with a heated windscreen, heated front seats, cruise control, Lane Assist and We Connect e-Remote, which lets you monitor the battery and control charging remotely. Add all this together, and you have VW’s smartest small car ever. But that’s not all - it’s also the smoothest, with its electric powertrain delivering greater refinement and smoothness than any petrol can. It’s a taste of the future, and what a glorious future it is.

Volkswagen E Up - Overview

Whichever way you look at it, the e-up! has class. It’s unmistakably VW, with a refined, proportioned body and stylish 15” alloy wheels. It also has a distinctive LED daytime running light profile set into a C-shape below the headlights.

The new e-up! is designed to take you further. Thanks to its new, larger 61kw battery, it has a 162-mile WLTP range and charges to 80% in around 60 minutes. Lane Assist and cruise control are standard features for semi-autonomous driving.

Because the electric motor sits under the bonnet, you get the same spacious 251-litre boot as the petrol model. The rear seats split-fold 60-40, and thanks to its five-door layout, access to the rear seats is excellent for adults and children.

Living with it

The e-up! comes as standard with heated front seats, a heated windscreen and heated door mirrors to make winter starts easy. Parking sensors are also standard and the smartphone dock is great to use with its complementary 5” display screen.
