Job Role: To oversee the running of the parts sales operation including the day to day organisation of the telesales team. You will be instrumental in delivering a high volume of sales in a very demanding sales and customer service role. You will need to have the ability to drive sales and have a good knowledge of sales process. You will be enthusiastic with the ability to motivate yourself and others around you and it is essential that you have the desire to be successful and feel rewarded by a job well done.

Experience: Sales experience essential – Experience of leading a team is a prerequisite of this role – Automotive parts experience desirable but not essential – Good knowledge of excel desirable (additional training will be provided).
